***** dealers, bad cars and even worse Roadside Assistance.
I have been paying for a car for over a year, never missing a payment. This car has been giving me problems from the start. When i complained, they refered me to the dealer and vice versa. Today I got stuck and planet42 advised me that i have to pay R1800 to tow the car back to my house. Apparantly they changed their terms on 31 January 2024. I am really dissappointed and will be cancelling and returning the car

20 Feb 2024, 13:07So I got a call back yesterday 19 Feb 2024 from various agents including the escallations manager. The latest beign from Nosipho that the car will be towed to Car Service City and towing will be arranged(4kms) to the repair center. It is now 1 day later and still nothing. I had my hopes up after speaking to you guys. It is now 1 day later 20Feb 12:48, and I made 5 calls to planet42 waiting for over 20minutes, no answer, sent a mail at 09:48 this morning, no answer on email. If this can not be resolved, then I will have to revert back to cancelling the rental.

26 Feb 2024, 12:58Got a mail today to get car towed to repair garage, also all the costs for repairs are for my account. Countless emails and phone calls. Planet42 decided to ignore me for a week and only reply today. I am so dissappointed in how this company run it's complaint department and choose only to reply after they got their premium paid. I am so done with this company

I honestly do not think that planet42 want to assist, their blatant disregard to resolve complaints and retain their clients are leaving a bitter taste...
I Requested a call back or just a reply as i needed to discuss this with someone(the towing, assistance with repair,etc).
You guys leave me no choice after 2 weeks to pursue other avenues.
I can only imagine what the cancellation process will be like.
