Day light *******

I took a rental vehicle from Gemini motors at spring's which they are financed by planet 42, first they changed the vehicle repayment from R6190 to R9385 that was ok since I wanted the vehicle for at least 3 months but now the problem is the vehicle started giving me problems at the first day the second day i drove the vehicle to kempton park boksburg and Benoni during that time i was writing down every fault i noticed, I wrote to the sales lady at Gemini motors at spring's she promised to register the complaint on Monday but Monday passed without hearing from them on Tuesday i drove the unroadworthy vehicle to the dealer but they refused to help me instead they asked me to take the vehicle to their mechanic i also refused seeing that they were forcing me and not willing to help i drove to where they sent me unfortunately i could not find the mechanic i got angry because it was not my job to do that i drove home and text them of whappenned and im not going to drive the unroadworthy vehicle and i told them that I was no longer interested in the vehicle after 14 the vehicle was towed away,the problem im having now is they want me to pay the settlement amount of R69990 I just don't know how these people work please do help as im not going to pay a single cent to them because it's clear that Planet 42 has taken the side of the dealer(Gemini motors) please advise
