Customer support service and accounts department is a major let down

During the rental period, they are really ok, however, trying to get hold of someone is a painful experience. Then when you cancel, they keep taking the debit order off every month. You can not stop it at the bank becausde it is a debicheck. You are on hold for more than 20 to 30 minutes at a time and then they can only refund you after 7 to 14 working days :-(
