Customer Service unsatisfactory

Hi there My wife done an on-line application which was pre-approved within a few minutes. She received a follow-up email requesting certain documents. This was sent to Planet42 on the same day. To date she has not had a response. An attempt to contact them on the number provided seems fruitless as the calls go unanswered. Not sure how else to make contact with this institution.
