******* CREDIT ENQUIRIES

They are not even worth a star. More than a year ago i was contacted by an agent asking if I'm interested in a car. I said send me a list and completed the forms. Once I got a notification that they did a credit enquiry , I called them and cancelled everything. I was not informed they do credit enquiries. Three weeks ago I was called again and I asked for a list of cars with the estimated deposits. Keep in mind I did not apply nor did I give them authorization to do a credit check. Then I got a notification that they did a credit enquiry. I called them and spoke to Azraa. This agent would have sorted it out and I asked them to remove the ******* enquiry they did without my consent. She asked how did they get my info. I said because you have it on file from a previous application. To this day they have not removed their enquiry from my name. I will file ******** charges today and submit it to the NCR or which ever institution can sort them out. I have been calling them every second day but cant get a person to speak to, only those funeral home music they play. ****** useless people. Thank God I never bought a vehicle from them
