Cracked company ever

This company I rented a car with them, returned their car in good condition and all their paperwork in time and yet they continued to deduct from my account *******ly. I informed they of the mistake they have made and they promised to return my money back from Tuesday 28th February 23, they requested I give them 24 to 48 hours, up until today I have not received my money. They were informed that due to they *******ly deduction some of my other debts could not be pay and now it's a Saturday and when I so follow up they do not response This company they are *****ed and heartless because they know they do not have a phone number you can call and when you send a whatsupp you get an automated reply.

I want my money back please
