Contract Cancellation
Since it’s been over two months my problem is still not resolved, I would like to return the car and cancel contract.
I have sent an email requesting termination of my contract and the address where I should take the car to, both on WhatsApp and email I’m still awaiting response.
I’m no longer going to pay for a vehicle that is decorating my garage. I’m hoping someone from Planet42 will contact me soon

I would like to cancel Contract #22353 with immediate effect.
The reason for my termination of contract is that I have been communicating the problems on car reg: LJ45NG without any success.
I have reported on hellopeter on several occasions and each time I will get a response after registering my complaint and promised that the issue will be resolved soon and wait for feedback, and nothing has been done to date.
My bank account is debited each month for something that is no use to me. I will appreciate a lot if I can be finished with the details of the address where I can drop off the car.
I'm hoping to hear from you in due course.
