Continued bad service.

I have written a review previously and someone from Planet42 called to inform me that they're investigating and will come back to me with feedback, once again very disappointing service. No feedback whatsoever. This is short of nothing, but disrespect at its highest level. I will eventually afford an attorney who can assist me in this matter because I will not be ********** by Planet42.
