Complaint

I rented a car online from tooters, I was not happy with the car next day I sent my complaint. Car was in bad condition, asked them to change the car and I was told to repair the car, and I said I want it changed I was told to write email to Planet24, I did several times never got positive response they said car dealer said I must repair it. When I asked them to cancel the contract I was told to wait for atleast 6 months, I did now I'm told the car can only be taken if it's in good condition. Really not happy with them.
