Code 3 Vehicles???

I would like to bring under PLanet42's attention that some of their dealers sell Code 3 vehicles. I don't know whether they are aware of it, or just choose to ignore this issue. The feedback and service we receive regarding this issue is next to nothing and spending more money on a vehicle to keep it on the road than it is actually worth. They never get back to you regarding this complaint.
