Clutch Cable
I Bought a Hyundai I 20 Active in Feb barely a month later the clutch cable broke and i am waiting now for 3 days where a clutch cable usaly take 2 hours to replace.I know for a company like that there is channels to be followed but seriously 3 days.And what makes the mater worse is that it is the only means of transport and it feels like P42 does not give a dam

22 Mar 2024, 15:38Well here I am its Friday long weekend with no car after 4 days Plannet 42 only appointed a asesor for my clutch cable again they don't give a dam.Call to say wil do this and that and will call me back that was 10:00 or so this morning geus what i had to call back holding the line for over 20min.But if you say you gonna hold the payment back its been said you cant do that.so verry Pised
