Cedar Motors and planet 42 are pathetic

My mom took a car 3weeks ago and already it breaking down we took it up with Cedar Motors as the dealer they refused to assist us we tried to contact Planet42 email and WhatApp as we just found out they don’t have direct contact details with no assistance from them as she wants to cancel the deal that she has made with them . We can’t seem to reach Planet42. She wants to return their car as Cedar Motors refuses to take it back . Any assistance?
