Carpets problem

I bought a care rent to buy from them in 2024 and this year I have experienced predicament with their insurance. In April I was claiming from them and they told me the estimated amount was out of the range and didn't even pay me cent. They changed the insurance without telling me and You can not even get hold of anyone working there. It frustrates me because I lost hearing due to medication and I cant communication via phone calls. 🙃 Recently I wanted to change the car they told me I have to top up so I really dont know what to do with their car since I experience problems these days.
