Car rent to buy with Planet42 not ideal
I got a car via Planet42 rent to own/buy last year December from a dealer (Integra Motor Group Roodepoort) and paid the deposit that was due to drive out with the car.
End of Jan this year, I started paying my first installment and the car still had a permit for me to drive around, I followed up with the dealer and they told me that they are busy with Planet42 to send them the car registration and even today I still don't have the car registration and I already have a fine from the police for driving a car without registration.
I feel that Planet42 does care about their customers and now they expect me to continue with their service.

As discussed telephonically please may you take the vehicle for a roadworthy test and do the disc on the vehicle. Planet42 will refund all the costs incured.

Please be advised that the dealership has initially done a roadworthy however it has expired and in order to get a new disc we requesting that you take the vehicle for a new roadworthy and obtain the disc and we will refund you the costs.
