Car issues
Very pathetic service ever.Good day, I am so frustrated with the treatment I am getting from Optimal Auto. My car was towed to the dealer last week Friday,to be repaired the clutch and the heater, till today the car is still not in my possession every time I call, I am told that they cannot give me an estimated finishing time as they are busy with the radiator. Please advice what to do. I would like to cancel my contract.
