Car breakdown

I recently had a break down and in Hammanskraal and when I phone for roadside assistance I was told that my car will be towed to Johannesburg and I asked the lady how can my car be towed to Johannesburg when I'm in Pretoria. This is the first time I was told that the car need to go to Johannesburg.

A lady by the name of Jabulile she told me that the system populated the Johannesburg service Centre for repair. I'm trying to understand if my car is in Hammanskraal how can the system choose Johannesburg.
