Cancellation of Contract with Immediate effect

Good day , we Purchased a car from A dealer and Planet 42 aproved the loan , however we have had alot of issues witht he car costing us More monthly to fix that the instalment we also need to pay with no fail its been now 3 years , i have emailed them 6 times to 3 different emails since 06th March 2025 and called them 4 times on these numbes *** & *** with no answer at all its been now 11 days since my first cancellation email and no one has gotten back to me , this is perthetic service. i need someone to call me urgently.
