I would just like to share my experience with GIG Motors SPRINGS branch...… so, I got finance through Planet42 for a vehicle whereby we chose a nice Renault Clio expression '' green colour my wife's favourite colour'' we had the car for about a week but from day one we notice that whenever you drive, and you come to a stop and need to pull away it does not pick up rpm’s it just keeps idling so we took the car back to the dealer that is three moths ago…. After 2weeks I asked them I need a car because its now getting troubling having to wait so long for the car….. but they didn’t want to give a curtesy car but they phoned on the Saturday and said I can come and collect my car as I got in to my car and wanted to drive off I MADE THE SAME PROBLEM NOTHING WAS FIXED!!!!! So they then gave me the company car… a blue and red Hyundai Getz with gig motors stickers all around…..people you had to see this car Hyundai Getz with Wv mags…. The wheels beheld shaking the car so you cant drive more than 80km….. driver seat cant adjust to come up straight…… the car kept on over heating leaving me getting late at work most mornings…….until one waterpipe burst leaving me stranded……. My father in-law help we replaced the head gasket and we saw the reason why the car over heats and fixed that as well…… so after that the next thing that broke was the petrol line so we made a plan so that I can get the car back to them on my way their the car caught fire with me and my wife in it….. people helped to stop the fire and we walk the last peace to gig motors….. they didn’t replace the car just took us home….. So I left it their…. But now I really need my car so yesterday I asked them leave the Renault and give me a different car because I cant wait anymore….. but there is just no replay All the what supp messages is proof of how they thing people is dumb the lay’s they are talking but now its time for action and I blame Planet 42 just as match because I have the contract with them and talking to them is the answer always speak to the dealer
