Good people do not use this company they make you sign a rent to buy contract for the broken vehicles. They start fixing the vehicle once there is a contract signed for a particular vehicle. Signed the rent to buy contract on the 7th February 2023 and after at least 60kms of driving it then it started showing an engine light and overheating. Since that time Planet42 started showing their true colors and they started to send me from pillar to post. I was informed that the vehicle was taken to a workshop but no information was ever shared about the suspicious workshop and I am being told that the workshop has never given them the ETA. As today is the 7th March it's mark exactly a month of me not having the vehicle and I am expected to pay the excessive monthly premium for the vehicle I essentially never had. Their agents are not contactable and you only get the call from them once you do the review from Hellopeter promising that they will give you frequent updates but that never happens. You are only a valuable customer before signing the contract and once you sign then you no longer important and valuable.
