Breach of contract
WHERE IS MY REFUND I WAS PROMISED? Its almost a month now... Myself and my sister (who i referred to you for business - the worst mistake i have made and i regret involving my sister) have both been financially burdened with early December 2023 debits (which we did not authorize) My sister had 3 debits come off her account within 30 days. I do not want reply messages or emails, i want the money refunded NOW! I have it in writing the refund will be done and this was weeks ago! WHERE IS IT?

Please note that we ran a campaign for early debits in December 2023. We apologize for not informing nor getting consent for us to debit your account early. When the refund request was logged it was before the debit order became due hence we agreed to the refund. Please be advised that when our accounts team were going to process the refund your rental had become due, meaning we could not refund the funds as this would have left your account in arrears. We do note that we have debited your account before your due date and accept full responsibility for that, however you are still liable for the December 2023 rental and if we had refunded it to you, this would have impacted your credit score and profile with us.
