Battery dead within less than 21 days

Planet42 should recheck dealership they work with I currently pay R11000 for 2018 model,Renault clio.I have used the car within less than 21 days of registration but am experiencing battery problems many times,from time to time i have to ask to be jump started.When i call planet42 sales men, to replace the battery.They say it wont be possible it mist come from my own pocket.I told this battery was never changed since 2018 its 2023 now surely battery life has expired.I was **** to that the windscreen is new but upon collection the windscreen had a dent in it before i could take it out of the garage.This is ridiculous. Salemen claims that they did inspection on the battery and it was approved,i told him yes it would look like its okay,cause it was charged before.But the long run of it,it started to give problems until currently now the 23rd of November 2023.I took the car to battery centre to test and diagnose,they found that the battery has expanded and is finished,hence jerking from time to tine.Please intervene and ask your partner to solve this issue. Even now am still waiting for the new cavion lock,its broken on the front passenger sit.I CANNOT be paying R11000 for this kind of service, its *******..horrible.

Please replace my battery.I havent even spoken about the noise underneath the car when moving.
