Bad & Terrible Service

Unfortunately my dissatisfaction is continuously growing on a daily basis, regarding the following issues: 1. Radio is still not working from the 31st of October 2023 to date - NO SIGN TOWARDS REMEDING THE ISSUE 2. The refund of +R800 for purchase of the number plates of the vehicle as agreed from the 15th of November 2023 to date - NO SIGN TOWARDS RE-IMPERSMENT FOR THE COSTS 3. I have sent follow-up e-mails more than 5 times regarding my concerns - NO ONES SEEMS INTERESTED OR AT LEAST TAKE ONE MINUTE TO RESPONSE TO MY E-MAILS

I have totally lost trust in the Planet42 team at all costs, and have FULL regrets towards my decision with this deal.
