Bad service

Signed a contract with planet 42 on the 25 off nov 2023 Received the car 30 nov half past 5 the afternoon. Drove the car home no problem. 2 des 2023 on my way to work half past 6 the morning the cv joint came out of the car. The cv joint wasn't even tighten correct. Phone road assistant. Car was taken to menlyn branch. Phoning every day no responr everytime there is a problem to reach someone or to get feed back 3 weeks later still dont have the car and still a problem. Ask for a payment relive they agreed to it because i didn't have the car to pay. They diducted the money and asked for a refund
