Bad service

I app**** for a car the 1st car failed due to mechanical faults. The second car is approved. But still have no car, no feedback. No one gets back to you. Its calls multipal times a day. The second vehicle deposit is more and its the same amount as the fist car. The monthly amount is also more and stil no car.
