Bad service and pathetic

I don't even wanna give them one star as I am so ****en unhappy as their service and communication is ****en rediculous waiting a month to get a car from them and secondly they are fast to deduct their monthly fee but the customer don't even have it's car yet it is pathetic. They don't even contact their customers to notify them about the progress I had to phone them and sometimes wait 10 minutes before someone answers the phone. I am fed up with them and will not recommend Planet42 to anyone. I am a very ****en unhappy customer
