Bad service and Pathetic

morning, it looks like Planet42 only replies when you put them on Hello Peter. their service is pathetic and very poor not even reply when you send them a mail. i will never recommend anybody to go through them for a vehicle as it takes them a month to release the car then still deduct money and when you query a refund it takes them 2 weeks to refund you. my vehicle disc expired and till today i haven;t received my disc for the car as their is a dispute between the dealer and them. i could not use the car as it is standing at home as it is not roadworthy and i told them to come and pick up the vehicle and cancel my contract as they did not keep to their side of the deal and i will not refer anybody to buy a vehicle through them as you have problems every month with them.
