Bad service and negligent management. Greed is their definition of help

Hello everyone

If I could I would share it with every single person who is in debt abd in need of a car. They know how to sell their business. We were helped and got a car. It broke the first time and it was a hassle to get help and the insurance paid so little we had to come up with the rest before we even got assistance there was some racial slurs uttered between the white guy who manages planet42 in Springs.

We moved over that the car broke about 4 months ago and we took it to a mechanic that works with planet42, the car was analyzed we found the problem and a claim was made to the insurance we have been waiting till this day.

The car cost 110000 we have paid over 125 000, when we call to ask what are our opinions are we were told to go straight to the head office in Pretoria because the braches can't help us they only sell the cars.

It is a bad company with rude management. It is a pity that they are the only ones who can help whrn you are in debt and in need of a car. My review is don't make the mistake of working with them unless you have the strength to fight and exchange words every time you need something from them. I would give them half a red star if possible
