Bad service

Bought a vehicle with planet 42 via a dealership in August 2023. 2 months later i had to take the vehicle in to Bosch to find out what the noise is that the vechile is making. I received a quote to fix the vehicle will cost me over R30000. I only have rhe vehicle for 2 months. Drove not even 6000km. When i contacted planet42 to cancel or terminate the vehicle they assured me that i will be liable to pay a penalty as i do not have the vehicle for 6 months. But in the same coversation thwy told me that the dealer was not honest with the outcome or damages of the vehicle. I will not be liable for any other monies as this is taking 22 days for planet 42 to rey with an outcome. As i cant damaged my vechile in 2 months with all the faults there is.
