Bad service

I have bought a car on April and after 2 weeks l experienced a problem with the clutch, and a lose connection on the battery terminal. This was fixed, a month alarer which way May clutch master cylinder started to leak, l fixed it, yesterday l experience problem with a leaking transmission fluid pipe , and was fixed, now the car is shaking when you start the engine, all this was reported to planet 42 but the send me a blank response on the emails that l sent.l.dont want that car anymore and l want to cancel my contract and planet42 is not replying to my emails
