Bad service

Planet42 is useless. Since December 2023 my car is not fixed phoned left messages no one is getting back to you is you get hpld off someone there is always a storie behind this. Fleetgaurd received a qoute on the repairs in feb 2024. They are still busy with with the qoute. Planet42 people can't help you. Car is now with a service center no transport for work and they dont give a **** about you. Just want their money everymonth. Went to them on saterday they said that they will cancel my contract and we need to pay the deposit and everything again for another car. We got a car since day one it was life treating to drive but they dont care about it. This is such a bad experience and still going for 8 months and still sitting with the problem from day one. If this is not cleared up i will take them to court for lost offd income and not working how they said they are workong and what they will do. Have revotrds off all my thousands of calls messages emails whatsapps and qoute even with fleetgaurd and the workshop that made the qoute
