Bad experience

I had cancelled my account in October 2023 with planet 42 of which i submitted everything required and my cancellation request was then ignored. They then rep**** in January regarding collection of the vehicle. I was then made to pay the extra months they had ignored me about the cancellation as i was handed over to collectors, even though i sent through all my proof of communication and many emails they have ignored. Nothing was done about it. I had to pay just to keep my credit clean. Now still their account still appears on my credit profile as active with an installment of nearly 9k a month, with a term of 60 months. After working so hard to clear my credit score, that makes it difficult for me to get finance due to affordability because of that active account. Gave them a call, waited for over 40 min to speak to someone (as always) only to get a very rude lady at accounts who even just hung up on me with 0 help. I really regret making any business with them and wouldn't recommend. Uzosisola.
