Bad Customer Service

this people they dont care about their customers , they bought a car for me at Lisa cars Wynburg the car had a problem with gear box just 4 days after the delivery of the car. i have complained to them but they refused to engage with dealership to swap or exchange the car for me , fine they said car should go back for repairs I did took the car back to the dealership for repairs the car was repaired then continued giving me the very same problem of gear box then the car was booked again for repairs . how do we fix same problem twice they do not care about their customer's satisfaction include the lady by the name of Samantha very rude and do know how to engage with customers.

Do not buy a car through them they do not want to go extra-mile by helping their customers and you pay a lot of money to them for a bad service .
