Bad communication,car breakdown

Good Day Planet First my number changed ,i have sent numerous emails.I am sitting with a car with a major breakdown,will cost me almost R30 000 .I cannot pay a installment and fix this car.I asked them to give me a break this month so i can fix this car by not paying the installment .No one reply,or answer. I didnt break this car,it had the problems . But now i am getting lot of sms already about paying the car ,but no one check my emails. I still have to pay a whole 3 years .
