Bad Communication,and treatment

I couldnt get hokd of planet42 last month . I asked them if i can pay half of my installment as i have to sort out this car because the warrany dont cover this particular fault.They emailed me and acknowledge my reqeust after i had to use Hellopeter again.Today i recieved a mail,threaten me to repo and bridge of contract .I paid this car every month without fail on thr 24th or 25th of every month .Why they dont answer their email.And treat good custoners like this?.I paid a R2000 towards my installment and will make full payment by the end of October with the difference And i cannot answer my private phone at work unless emergency.Leave me or communicate via email as i always reply to my mails.
