Bad and Poor Service to Customers

On 20th March 2020 i made a contract with Planet 42, the arrangement was "rent to own". The car i got was Hyundai Atos 1.1 GLS with an instalment of R6167 p.m. This year during easter holidays the car overheated while i was on my way to Eastern Cape. I phoned their insurance for towing. They wanted to tow it to Bloemfontein. To cut story short i managed to tow it back to jhb, then they told me the contract lapsed on 31st March because it was a 1 year contract. Fortunately for me the insurance called me before 31st telling me about this contract that was about to end and i took the insurance. By the time this car had a problem they already had 1 premium on their side, paid by me not Planet 42. Once they saw the quotation they looked for a loophole and told me they wont pay. Even the repairer who promised they will not charge when stripping the car to establish what was the problem, when the insurance refused to pay they wanted R2000 for stripping. Since April i dont have a car yet i was paying R6167 monthly.
