asking community for advice
well if u look at my past reviews u would understand my frustration. 6 months the car only been useable 3weaks.it still sitting waiting for a turbo from over 2 months ago.which by way was caused by a problem brought up on initial inspection which just wsnt fixed like everytjing else.its sad.ive lost 80 percent of busines due to this and it's just going in circles. can anyone in community pl advise me on what to do.i have all messages and correspondence since day 1

Planet 42 is not an FSP but a car hire subscription who offers customers an opportunity to acquire vehicle financing . We allow customers to choose the vehicle of their choice from the dealership of their choice and we only purchase the vehicle on their behalf.
We do expect that you as the customer will fully inspect the vehicle prior to accepting delivery of the vehicle and signing the contract.
Should you encounter any vehicle related issues ,these need to be raised and taken up with the dealership. We do however also assist with reaching out to the dealership to assist with any of the customer's concerns and any other additional assistance where necessary.
Please be advised that all of our vehicles come with a mechanical warranty. The warranty however does not cover everything as it is meant to assist the customer in a time of need.
Please do reach out to us on our communication channels for more assistance on this matter.

22 Nov 2022, 11:03hi sir I totaly understand this but if u took the time to read my previous posts u understand that this is all related to initial inspection faults thay did not bother to fix .so its issues i brought up from day one of 6 or5 months later day 1 dealership does not give a dam thay dont care cars licence is even incorrect do u understand what I'm saying now this is my initial inspection fro. day I recieved car issues that are not sorted it was returned after day 1 to them and j only recieved it back 2 months later it still wasn't fix3d it was returned .in 5 months i had car its only been drivable for the most 4 weaks.its now standing 2 and half months turbo. so tell me where that fair every communication i have with u i need to explain this yet u put trust in dealership whos makeing u look like a idiot
