A regrettable deal.

When you get given an approved dealer list to choose from… you assume that the dealer is vetted and can be held to account by the referring party. My experience with a dealer from the approved dealer network has been hell and made even worse by the fact that Planet42 chooses to not intervene in resolving the matter with their approved dealer.
