2 months and still not on their system

To whom it may concern, We have been waiting for Planet 42 to approve us and get us on your system for 2 months now.. From what I understand in the economic times we live in you should be servicing and looking after your past, current and ESPECIALLY NEW clients. I have CC Michael Nancarrow who is wanting to purchase a vehicle and you were quick to get him to pay money to you and have his deal approved and when he asked us (Mahindra East Rand Mall) to do the deal we got EVERYTHING done our side within the week. How in the world do you take TWO MONTHS to send us a Welcome Pack just so that we can do this deal?? We deal with plenty black listed clients that we turn away on a daily basis and looked at your proposal and thought well here is a solution to the problem. Planet 42 has such on opportunity to make money and we were more than willing to offer you the business but we can’t even get onto your system as a dealer.. Our Mutual client Michael Nancarrow has now expressed how disappointed he is in your services. Yes he can approach other dealerships who you have on your system BUT BECASUSE OF OUR SERVICES HAS CHOSEN US AND IS WAITING FOR YOU TO GET US ON YOUR SYSTEM! Because of your turn around time he is wanting to cancel the deal and you may have enough business to lose clients but WE most certainly do not. When are we going to be up and running on your side and I need a clear and definite date from Planet 42.
