Worst customer service ever

My friend called and asked if they had metallic polish, they said they did. We drove all the way from muizeberg to fetch it. When the bottled was opened, it clearly wasnt metallic. We took it back and got a lot of attitude from them. They painted a nail and said it was fine, but when asked if it was metallic they mumbled and walked away. We left everything there and now they refuse to refund. Avoid this company at all costs...there are better companies out there.
