Worst customer service

<p>my sister bought a kolinsky brush nr 12, on the 28/07/2017 . She did her first client's nails and it broke she was busy couldnt return it at the time, i returned it today, i get there "open sign" was showing open and yet they said they are closed, eventually they opened the door for me, after 5 minutes. i told them i am returning the brush and they told me they "cant take it back because they dont know what force she was using when it broke". My sister has bought so many things from them i dont understand why this is the treatment we received, you cant tell people you dont return when you have bought from a cheap supplier and giving the product to us for R130. I deserve better explanation before i take this matter to facebook and twitter. I am giving your company until thursday 06/08/2017 or i will take it further i have attached a picture for your attention. </p>
