Why are you buying it

<p>So I bought a product at Sunnyside Planet nails the following day i called wanting to exchange the product, i was then told that the company does not do returns for exchange or refund. So I then contacted the head office putting on my complain and asking why is the return policy not shared with customers before hand and the respond from Monja from planet nails was</p> <p>"You should not be buying stuff if you think you want to return it.</p> <p>Why are you buying it ?.</p>
