WAX.... WHAT WAX???

So I bought ezee-hot wax ****in-butter at a cost of R170 at planet nails Meyersdal.... so before I continue.. I have been waxing for 11 years and I have been using this brand for about almost 5 years now... I have been using the same heating method for 11 years aswell.... so... I went home heated my hot wax and started waxing, when imediatly I noticed the wax is not right... I put it on and wait and wait and wait... pull it of and it makes strings.. okey no problem lets leave it on a little longer l.. leave it 2 min pull it off and still it pulls strings it is not hardening properly... i try a few more times and NOPE its not budging... okey so I just leave it then I AM STICKY AND HALF WAXED oh well lets just take it back in the morning coz its now 7:30 at night.. so the next day at 14:30... 13 HOURS later (becuase I do work) I go back to planet nails in Meyersdal.. but before I enter I noticed that the wax STILL DID NOT HARDEN... 13 HOURS LATER AND STILL ITS NOT SOLID LIKE IT IS SUPPOSED TO BE.. okey so I go in and I explained to the lady at the till whats going on.. she says to me the don't do refunds nore exchanges... but she can send it to the factory for testing, I also showed her that the wax is still not sollid and she agreed that she can feel its not sollid. So now IM STILL STICKY AND HALF WAXED AND VERY MUCH IRRITATED... a week later I CALL THEM FOR FEEDBACK.. . I am then informed that the wax was tested ON SOME LADYS MOTHERS UNDER ARMS and that the wax is NOT faulty I MUST HEAT IT UP MORE (are you guys for real???) .... so I explain to the lady that now a 15 minute wax sesion is going to turn into an Hour sesion because I have to leave the wax on longer and hope it hardens enough and not pull threads when I rip it of? And she is just like.. yes you will have to...

Dear planet nails Meyersdal... I am a very unhappy customer I have been supporting you guys for years I have been using THAT EXACT SAME BRAND for years I have been heating it the EXACT SAME WAY FOR YEARS. . And now you guys cannot even help a client in desperate need of propper wax that I have trusted for YEARS????? Just once I had a problem and you pulled up your shoulders but love taking my money with a smile on your faces...

I will now buy my wax ellsewere...

Thank you for giving me the pleasures of always buying my wax from you... I will however now take my cash and my loyalty to a shop that will support me when I need it.
