unfair treatment

trust you are well.i want to complain about Planet Nails worker Monja Faber.

I ordered gel polish from her and she told me I cannot get them as her courier does not deliver in the townships.i asked her to tell the driver to deliver at Secunda Police Station since it's in town and I can meet with them there.Now she tells me she is not selling to me,she would rather refund me.

how can you guys help.i feel like I am being unfairly treated and I don't want my money back I want the items that I bought.Kindly assist.
