They don't refund even when they are wrong

I asked for full cover nails, I got something else, when I wanted to refund it, 10 mins later, they refused to refund to my card. I couldn't afford to get something else but had to take more expensive nails. I then wanted to have them take other things back to make up for the extra money I had to fork out and the lady got upset with me and told me no. Even though she was the one who gave me the wrong nails! They also advertise things for sale but it rings up full price and leave it as it is. Claremont branch. Had no idea you can be refused a refund!
