Refund policy and customer service

Planet Nails' No refund No Exchange policy is a broad-daylight-****. I bought a whole bag full of items including a bottle of acetone that leaked the whole ride home without my knowledge and damaged some of the other goods. They refused to help even though I myself did not open the bottle. The employee at their Kempton Part branch is the rudest human being you may meet. She doesn't greet customer and has almost zero product knowledge.

Planet nails employees will intentionally sell you may not need because they know it can never be refunded. Listen NEVER BUY AT PLANET NAILS!!!!!
