Quality of products depleting, no longer trustworthy

After years of trusting this brand, I realize now why there are so many bad reviews. They don't care about their customers and are very willing to sell the worst products. I bought liquid latex for R60 and trusted them as usual so I didn't keep the slip. When I opened it the entire bottle was dried up. completely. This means the product had expired ages ago and they didn't check. It's likely many of their products are expired. I understand not getting a refund because I lost the slip but it's how this whole matter was handled that rubbed me the wrong way. They weren't even apologetic or worried about it. If you came to my store telling me my products have expired I would be perturbed at the very least. Some stores have cheaper products and they do quality control so clearly Planet Nails doesn't care about their customers. Do not trust this company and make sure you check everything in the store because I can assure you they don't check anything and don't care to.
