Very hostile attitude when entering store and we were 3 cosmetology students who were keen to try their products. Extremely unhelpful, really terrible attitude from ALL employees, especially the ones on floor and at the counter. Spoke badly about the other customers who came in IN FRONT OF US and shouted at one of us about opening products instead of being trained on how to deal with such situations better. We were being followed around the store to make sure we were not *****ing, which is understandable considering their products are small and expensive, but we were the only ones being watched unlike the other two customers who were caucasian and we were POC. it was totally disgusting to see them speak badly about the one customer when she seemed like a regular there and the lady behind the counter had a terrible way of speaking to people. Totally disgusted by this experience and WILL NOT BE SUPPORTING THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
