Planet Nails Pretoria Prinsloo Street

I am not happy with the product I bought at Planet nails.I bought the machine that's supposed to dry your nails after applying nail Polish. It was December 2018, I used the machine 3 times .In January it is no longer working they said I must buy a new bulb . What happened to my warranty?
