Planet Nails make up their own COVID rules!

On the 06th August, I visited your Atterbury store. On arrival I was very rudely told that my 6 year old son wasn't allowed in the store and had to wait outside. 1. He had a mask on 2. He had sanitized his hands 3. He was wearing shoes.

On questioning his safety by standing outside, the store assistant then reluctantly agreed that he can stand at the entrance of the store!!

I would like to know from the owners of Planet Nails which Government Regulation informed you that children of a certain age are not allowed into retail stores?

Where have you notified your clients of your OWN RULE, via social media or on your website?

Not to mention the notice was not clear, I had to go look for it outside on the shop window!

Planet nails compromised the security of my child, and violated his human rights!!

YOU WILL NOT SEE ME AGAIN IN ANY OF YOUR STORES!!
