Planet nails does not want to provide refund on products

I bought a curing lamp from Planet nails Centurion & it wasn’t working as I thought it should, I returned it and informed the manager of the complaint and if the fact that I would like to exchange it for another lamp. I was informed that it will be taken to head office to be tested & then I will be called on the following Monday regarding feedback. I wasn’t called & when I called I was informed that the lamp is working as it should & I should come & collect it. I then informed the manager telephonically that I want a refund and I don’t want the product anymore. She then informed me that the store does not give refunds I have to come & collect the lamp. I collected the lamp however I’m upset that I don’t want to keep it.
